Our role
Coordination and COA issuance, not laboratory testing.
QCTests helps clients define a practical testing scope, coordinates the project with a selected third-party laboratory, reviews the laboratory-reported data for certificate preparation, and issues a traceable QCTests COA based on those reported results.
The selected laboratory remains responsible for performing the analytical work and reporting its findings. QCTests does not present itself as the laboratory and does not replace the laboratory's original report.
Defined scope
Methods, sample requirements, turnaround, selected laboratory and final price are confirmed before testing.
Traceable issuance
Each commercial COA receives a non-sequential certificate number, private verification code and current status.
Private documents
Customer identity, the original laboratory report and the complete COA PDF are not exposed through a public directory.
Quality policy
We keep the public claim narrower than the private evidence.
Public verification displays only selected certificate fields and the current record status. It confirms that the displayed information matches a record issued by QCTests; it is not a substitute for the complete COA or original laboratory report.
When a certificate is corrected or replaced, its status can be changed to superseded or revoked so an older document is not mistaken for the current record.
