Privacy & service termsSimple terms for a straightforward service.
Effective September 1, 2026. These terms explain the public website, offline testing coordination and QCTests certificate records.
1. Service scope
QCTests coordinates analytical testing with selected third-party laboratories and may issue a QCTests Certificate of Analysis based on laboratory-reported results. The agreed quotation or project confirmation defines the sample, tests, laboratory, price, timing and deliverables.
2. Laboratory relationship
The selected laboratory performs the analytical work and is responsible for its laboratory report. QCTests is not the testing laboratory unless a project document expressly states otherwise. A QCTests COA does not replace the original laboratory report.
3. Samples and intended use
The client is responsible for accurate sample identification, safe packaging, lawful shipment and disclosure of known hazards. Research-grade peptide testing does not establish safety or suitability for human or veterinary use. Sample return, retention or disposal must be agreed before testing.
4. Results and certificates
Results apply only to the submitted sample and the tests shown. A certificate may be corrected, superseded or revoked when an error, replacement or other material issue is identified. No result should be represented beyond the tested scope.
5. Online verification
Verification confirms that selected displayed fields match a QCTests issuance record and shows its current status. It does not expose the customer identity, complete PDF or source laboratory report, and it is not an independent re-analysis of the sample.
6. Privacy
QCTests uses submitted contact, account, sample and certificate information to coordinate projects, issue certificates, provide private access and prevent misuse. QCTests does not maintain a public certificate directory and does not use registration information for marketing, SMS or WeChat notifications.
7. Accounts and document access
Registration is optional unless specifically required for a project. Certificates may be delivered directly or linked to an authorized account. Users are responsible for protecting passwords, private verification codes and downloaded documents.
8. Questions and corrections
Report suspected misuse, an incorrect record or a privacy request to support@qctests.com. Project-specific quotation terms take priority where they differ from this general website summary.
