Online COA verification checks whether selected data on a document matches a record maintained by the certificate issuer. It is an authenticity and status check, not a new laboratory analysis.
What is checked
A QCTests certificate includes a non-sequential COA number, a verification code and a QR link. When the number and code match, the website displays a limited summary such as sample name, batch, issue date, selected results and current status.
Why the full PDF is not public
Certificates may contain customer, formulation or commercial information. QCTests does not provide a browsable public certificate directory. The original PDF and laboratory source documents remain private and are delivered through the agreed channel.
Understanding status
An issued record is currently valid in the QCTests system. A superseded record has been replaced, and a revoked record should no longer be relied upon. Verification should be repeated when a certificate is used for a later decision.
Limits of verification
A successful check does not prove that the physical product in front of you is from the tested batch, and it does not convert a research result into regulatory approval. Confirm supply-chain identity and applicable requirements separately.
